“No 1 ::: I ordered the genuine Epsom inks for a reason but got a phone call to say not in stock but would give me the alternative but that’s not what I wanted. No 2 ::: I ticked the box for Monday delivery but had to ring to find what was wrong and told had to wait for it to come In & didn’t get until Thursday & that in my opinion is not good enough. Not a happy customer. Cheers Liam Gibbons”

Hi Liam, thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Our 123ink brand cartridges are fully ISO certified and designed to offer reliable performance and great value. The delay was unfortunately due to one of the original branded cartridges being out of stock at the time. While we always aim to dispatch orders the same day, we can’t guarantee delivery dates as they depend on stock availability and external couriers. We’re continually working to improve our service and minimise delays like this in the future.

“I am very happy with the goods which I ordered. I found it very easy to place order on line. I was very disappointed that it took a week for the order to arrive to my house. I had expected delivery next day or at the least two days. I had to make several calls to get information on my delivery, which eventually arrived a full week later”

“I ordered and paid for privacy screen filters, received an email later that day that they were not actually in stock ( In another warehouse what the email said) As a result I waited for 3 weeks for my delivery to arrive. Please post accurate information on your web page.”

“Price was good, ordering easy, however I ordered believing I would get next day or two day delivery. When the items didn’t arrive on the third day which was coming into a weekend I had no choice but to cancel my order and buy in a shop. So disappointed with that, customer service was prompt in replying to me though so that’s good, I’m still awaiting refund so hopefully this will be processed quickly”

“Cumbersome return process, many emails had to be exchanged before I could get a return code. I had to pay for the return myself, I am still waiting for an acknowledgment of my return.”
