“Was an "Ambassador" for Neptune Seed Bank. Sent them around $20,000 worth of sales over the course of 6/7 months. They closed the program without telling me, owing me almost $2000 which they never paid and won't even answer my emails asking what's going on.
I for one will no longer ever recommend them.”

Floraganix Genetics states that they have Jungle Lemons 10 (f) seeds per pack. I had only received 7 seeds. I thought this was a reputable seed bank.
Is there anything that could be done to fix this problem?”
“Paid over 500 dollars for 5 strains. I bought a box set of tiki madmen and Unami which none of them germinated. I also purchased orange dragon cookies which the stock photo is not correct LOL (still a decent flavor) the blueberry muffin was good with good flavor. No refunds, no way to contact anyone. Poor customer service and they simply don’t care after they have your money. I only want what was presented to me for top dollar genetics. I am trying a different seedbank, one that cares about customer retention.”
“Recently made a purchase of around $400 in seeds. They were shipped out in a timely manner but then after a week the updates stopped and the package seemed to be stuck in the mail. When I asked about it they said it wasn’t their responsibility. I guess they can’t read there policy because no where does it say a lost package is not their responsibility other then international shipping which this was not. Poor business skills. Have now heard this is a pretty common issue with them. Probably scamming people. Would not recommend not worth the hassle and lack of professionalism.”
“I have been growing for over a decade and germinated over 1500 seeds. I dropped about $500 on Humbolt seeds. Thats the only breeder I get from these little seed dealers like Neptune. Long story short.....I am not impressed with the germination rate I am seeing. Seeds are old. I emailed Neptune and have yet to hear back from them.”

Tried to contact customer service multiple times with no reply. will never use them as seedsherenow.com and platinumseedbank.com have always treated their customers with respect. I pheno hunt often and thought this website had a good selection, but definitely not worth your business if theyre gunna lie and send you a product that you never ordered and refuse to fix the problem”

“Would give it 0 stars if I had the option. Hit my 13 seeds and six of them were practically white and didn’t develop a tap root. I guess I paid $300 for 7 seeds. Never again Neptune seed bank!”
“Received 20 Watermelon Sangria seeds and 0 germinated. I have never had an issue getting seeds from several other banks to germinate so I don’t believe the issue was caused by me. I believe they were just old seeds. Very disappointing as this is my favorite strain and I paid $150”
