“New Vey Dissapointing. Booked for 05.20 pick up for airport and explained that I needed that exact time At 05.15 tracking showed 15 minutes away. I called the office who promised it would arrive on time 05.25 tracking showed 15 minutes away. I called the office again who offered no apology or explanation and cancelled my booking. I ordered an Uber which arrived in 2 minutes and cost £7 less. If you need a prompt, reliable taxi service then this isn't the company for you.”

“I didn't think they where not helpful at all. How hard is it to pull up outside someones house. Same thing coming home had know where to park had to be asked to to near the house. Never even got out to help me with the bags. Any other taxi driver would help you in with the bags. Think twice before i get them again. And also drivers rude to.”
