“Excellent. Had a small issue with the first beaker I received, but was replaced without issue. Customer service is still conducted by human beings (!) and faultless. Happy to support a British manufacturer, and hope to buy from you again in future.”

“I saw a TV program showing various manufactures about the product they manufacture and Abbeyhorn was one of those companies. I was looking for a birthday gift and wanted somthing unique and Abbyhorn fit the bill. The stein I ordered was outstanding and was topped off with my friends name this was an excellent choice. Everthing was top notch and when I need somthing unique Abbeyhorn will be my choice!”

“The service was excellent. I placed two orders at different times and the delivery was very good. I loved the bone whisky cups because they make a nice change from the normal whisky glass. The quality was really good. They came in a lovely presentation box which made the present extra special. I would certainly use Abbeyhorn again and recommend them to others looking for something different.”

“The horn beaker arrived promptly and was securely packed. We took it out to our son-in-law in New Zealand. We needed to declare it at Biosecurity in New Zealand customs. It was nodded straight through with the comment "Ah, Abbeyhorn. We get a lot of these, and they're no problem". So if you're thinking of sending one out to New Zealand, be confident. Just declare it and make sure you include that it's produced by Abbeyhorn, and it will pass the border controls.”

“I love my inscripted shoe horn from Abbeyhorn! Everytime I sit down to put my shoes on, or for that matter a guest does the same, it's a mini-event. It works like a charm and reminds us how something so everyday can become a special experience. I've always had a shoe horn by the fornt door, but until I discovered Abbeyhorn never such a lovely one. A big thank you to the company and crafts people who create these little works of art!”

“My Abbeyhorn wide tooth comb is my must-have finish for my hair, it glides through my 'bob' hairstyle with ease eliminating frizz and leaving my hair soft and silky. I am also thrilled with my Abbeyhorn shoehorns, I have a 10" tip end and a 4" travel shoehorn for my handbag, both incredibly useful, keeping my shoes in shape - no squashed backs! Beautifully crafted items, excellent quality.”

“Really pleased with my combs, the hair pin and the musical bones i bought. They were all very well recieved stocking fillers last Christmas. I loved that I could get initials put on the comb, that was a big plus. This is such a great company, it's important to support these heritage crafts and it's easy when the products are so lovely.”

“I was exceptionally lucky to receive a hand made and personalised Abbeyhorn hiking stick for my 50th birthday . A beautiful gift that embodies fine craftsmanship and makes for an excellent companion on long walks .Elegant yet strong and well weighted, it is an item of much character. For those that love a love walk and a hiking-stick as companion I could not recommend one more highly.”
