“Watch arrived no engraved message emailed complaint then followed up with call as no reply told need tobe put to engraving department operator came back to me to say they would call me back , still not heard anything from them ,,, this is Christmas present”
“The strap pulls out with minimal force and as a result I can’t wear the watch. I emailed customer service and was told they don’t do exchanges and that my order would be refunded and I would have to reorder myself. I then went onto the returns portal to request a return label and was constantly greeted with “Please contact us regarding your order”. Very disappointed with the service and the product”
