“The shipping and refund process was easy to deal with. The watch itself looked nice, but the quality was not as expected. One of the screws holding the links together was loose and kept slipping out, therefore I returned the watch.”
“The service was second to none, I have owned an accurist watch for around 30 years and its been solid throughout. I was looking for a watch for my 50th and the 2 I chose were around the £100 mark, however the quality was a far cry from the watch I already own, they felt cheap. Come on Accurist, this is not the quality you're known for.”

The box it came in is seriously OTT which is all going to landfill! Way way overdone. The watch was less than £100 but looking at the box youd think I bought a rolex! If they put more into the watch and less on the multiple boxes I'd be more impressed.”
“I havn't been able to use the watch because I had to return it to have the strap adjusted. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will fit when it is returned so that I don't have to spend another 15 minutes in the Post Office queue to send it back again by recorded delivery. I am 90 and have never previously come across a watch strap than cannot be adjusted. It must be progress.”
“Accurist Origin watch had a speck fragment or minor defect on the dial. I could not unsee it so had to return. Customer services were friendly and polite and assisted with a swift full refund once item was recieved their end. A disapointment regarding the watch.”
