Hi Hugh, thank you very much for your honest feedback. I'm very sorry to hear of the issue you experienced. We understand photoshoots are time-critical, which is why we carry good levels of stock and ship the same day. But, as the website states, please allow up to three working days for all oversized deliveries.
While we offer a pre-noon delivery option (that you selected), there still isn't any guarantee. Parcels do go missing, roads get closed, and vehicles break down. Some of these delivery networks handle over 500,000 parcels a day, and it is impossible for them to get every parcel to the right place and the right time each and every time.
Ultimately, your experience will hopefully help others understand that no delivery service can be 100% guaranteed and that ALL Colorama background paper and oversized items should be ordered in a timely manner, preferably allowing 3 working days to avoid disappointment, just as our website states.
