I needed a new Profoto Battery Charger which was not in stock at the time. I explained could they order one in as soon as possibe as I had a photo shoot next week.
With this AJ's sent me there own second hand one to work with until the other came into stock.
I have my new one now and there second hand one returned.

However, let that not deter you, because I have recommended them to my colleagues who have had them supply 'gear' from their online store which has been delivered the following day. They have a good stock of what I need and where items are not available will order your item in for you to either collect yourself or for them to mail to you.

“I like the quality of Profoto products. They feel and look well made and built to perform and last. AJ's have been selling them for two decades or so and they know their stuff. It was a no brainer to buy from AJ's and delivery was swift and efficient. Also, AJ's have very keen prices. Independent pro camera suppliers are in decline and we need stores like AJ's to supply us with professional kit from knowledgable staff. Use them!”
