“I hired a person for a project recently, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. First, the person was very unresponsive and difficult to communicate with, often taking days to reply to my messages or emails. When they did finally respond, their answers were vague and unhelpful, leaving me feeling confused and frustrated. As the project progressed, it became clear that the person did not have the necessary skills or experience to complete the work to the level I was expecting. Their work was full of errors and lacked attention to detail, requiring extensive revisions and corrections. When I expressed my concerns, the person became defensive and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. To make matters worse, the person missed several important deadlines, causing delays and putting the entire project in jeopardy. It was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I regretted hiring this person. In the end, I have find someone else to complete the work, which cost me both time and money.”

“Giving a 2 because the site looks good. After paying we were informed the site wasn't secure and were asked to pay another $2000. The sales pitch stated the site would be secure. We paid an additional $1700 for a maintenance agreement so they could update the site as needed. When asked to update our events page for an upcoming event, we were ignored. They finally (Mike) returned my email to say it would be done. It never was. The event came and went and its still not done. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I believe they are just shady. I will be taking this up with Mike...in person.”

“If I could place 0 stars I would. We are a real customer, not one of the fake staged responses on youtube and on their website. If you've ever owned a Shopify store you know how easy it is to make customers appear satisfied in abundance. We had a website that was supposed to be under a web development agreement from this outfit and added a vested party (me) for technical oversight. The second I started asking questions about "why" and "how", this company conveniently had an "outage", and brought our corporate page down. They wanted to charge 1000 dollars to enable ReCaptcha on a sign-up form and also an additional bag of money for the Cloudflare package that they were allowing us to use. I do not even know if they are authorized to re-sell Cloudflare services, but they wanted to charge us a one-time forever fee to use the service through their existing corporate account I'm sure. After digging into it, I did not think this was a good idea and made the call. I also advised on a call with them, that it is my job and theirs to work together for the benefit of the website owner, and that I would be very vocal about what I thought would be good ideas vs bad ones based on the needs, and the challenges. That's when we had our first outage. They cited DNS, but it was not DNS. I was more than happy to dialogue with them, but every time they attached a snippet showing the error it was code related. I put my 20+ years of infrastructure design and support to use and diagnosed, that it was not due to DNS reachability, so I wanted them to explain, with logs specifically how DNS was at play. This never happened. The mistake we made was that they owned the hosting service account. We found that out too late. The site has been down now for 48+ hours, and we have no recourse to get in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!”
