“Really pleased to be able to find a supplier of Robell Sandra trousers which I have been wearing and purchasing for a few years now. Love the fit and quality. Bought black and dark brown, sadly not navy as not available in my size. Wish is I didnt have to pay so much postage though!”

“Great delivery time and ordering was easy online. Was a bit disappointed when, on the first day of school the school crested jumper I bought for over 40 euro ripped down through the v neck collar and into the front during a lunch break soccer match. Quality must be different because the two I bought previously were perfect and lasted 2 years, only being replaced because they were outgrown. No option to include loyalty card details online either. Overall, a bit disappointing really, would expect more durable material like before. Over 150 euro spent on jumpers and polo's.”

“Order was processed and delivered quickly, my only gripe really is that I couldn't see anywhere on the order that I could use my loyalty card to get points. My order came to over €300 so I missed out on a lot of points.”

“after I placed my order I was unaware it had even shipped until I contacted them to enquire. Once it was in my area the post office deemed the address insufficient as my apartment number was not included on the label — it was an honest mistake but it very well could have resulted in the return or complete loss of a beautiful Le Creuset piece had I not been diligent in tracking and quick to respond when I saw it was in danger. Happy to have it in the end, it was meant to be after months of stalking it in their online store. The shipping was very quick and inexpensive, I’d do business with them again but take better measures on my end to avoid confusion and smooth sailing throughout the process.”
