“Unfortunately I had to return my purchase. On arrival in store I was told they did not stock my return product and I would have to go to another shop near post office. Lady I dealt with seemed uninterested as I asked to try other styles which she did al though I was left waiting quite a long time. In the end I left and went to other shop where I met a lovely lady extremely helpful and friendly despite been very busy and working on her own 10 out of 10 to her. Zero to Anthony Ryan's.”

“Hi I originally ordered a 36R but found it was too short. I mailed your returns department requesting an exchange for a 36L and this was arranged. I returned the trousers and unfortunately the same 36R was returned to me in error. As it truned out my mother passed away as I was wtiting on the new pair of trousers and given the mistake I had to purchase a 36L form another shop. While I do appreciate the very quick resposnes and suport provided by your staff the mix-up unfortunately came at a very bad time and reulted in alot of additional cost for me.”

“I was happy with the online service but I had to bring some items back instore and was unfortunate enough to have to deal with Anthony Ryan staff. There were a bunch of women, young and old, standing around gossiping and giggling. I was standing at the till for ages and was completely ignored. Eventually a blond manager came to me, she was sour and bitter that I had taken her away from her gossip. She refused to take my returns. I told her she had to and she became belligerent and adament I was not getting a refund. I said ok no problem, that's illegal so I'll keep hold of this and go complain to the CCPC, she immediately changed her attitude, became all fake sweet and I got refunded immediately. I will never shop in this dump again and as someone who lives local, I make sure to tell as many people as possible. Why would anyone spend their hard earned money with a company who doesnt want it”

“Very disappointed, ordered a curtain rail, when it arrived it was bent. Sent an email and was told that I could return it but if they sent out a new one it would probably be the same. Maybe it's time to get a different delivery company who can accommodate larger items.”

“Was very disappointed with this order. Ordered brown and beige towels and red and yellow ones arrived. Meant I had to drive to Galway to return them. Shop Really did not want to apologise except To tell Me There’s a new staff member in the warehouse. Not happy”

“Order: #25299 - Zip-up Mattress Protectors. I bought the above recently & they are of just rubbish quality ! Unfortunately I bought 3 of them & the first time I put one on my mattress, which was yesterday, my fingers went through it. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the quality of them for that price. They cost me €90. Very disappointed customer and would not shop there again or recommend these to anyone.”

“Not very happy.. see ref WEB-#25611 two Bras ordered 22/11/23. Order recieved 30/11/23 one item wrong size. Not resolved yet despite twice been told that correct item and return label on the way. An post tracker number showing nothing .”

“Very disappointed. I ordered a duvet cover in the 7th October. Item only arrived today, 9th November: more than a month to deliver from Galway to Waterford!!! Absolutely abysmal delivery time and no communication from the shop to inform me of an update or warn me about the delay.”
