“Miss Mary and Mark's and Spencer accept returns of ladies underwear but I didn't spot on your policy that you don't. So unfortunately I am left with a pair of undies that don't fit and I've donated them to my local st. Vincent de Paul shop. Perhaps you should flag your returns policy more?”

“The coat purchased was perfect but I chose click and collect and had to go to Ryan's Homestore to collect. I was handed my coat, crammed into a too small bag. ...no tissue paper and coat was exposed to all the elements. It was a very wet day and the assistant didn't offer too double bag it. Very disappointed in this service from what I had previously experienced. Emailed customer service and was offered 10% off or to return coat. They seemed to miss my point completely.”

“Whilst I enjoy and find shopping in person in Anthony Ryan’s very satisfactory their online service regarding purchases is very frustrating. I purchased swimwear online which I received promptly but my request to join the newsletter to avail of the 10% discount was ignored and my follow up email to request this discount was also ignored. I ended up paying full price because of this.”

“My experience wasn’t very good I ordered the item and paid for it. Then a couple of days later saw an email saying it want in stock and did I want a different size. I agreed to the change is size. No sign of any dispatch email. Although the couriers sent an email saying they were waiting for the package The I had to email your company to enquire before it was actually dispatched. In all it took over a week to arrive. Not great when you live 12 miles away! So I won’t be ordering again online. If your inventory system cannot be matched to your online ordering there’s no point doing it!!”
