“Trousers ordered were too long in the legs and had to be returned. The postage for delivery on top of the requirement to return items by tracked delivery made this an expensive mistake and has cost me €14. I'm still awaiting notification of my refund despite my item having been delivered 2 full working days ago. Overall it's been a poor first experience and likely to be my last”
