Hi Michelle, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Your order was dispatched the morning after purchase (25/11/2024) with a tracking link sent via text. We didn’t hear from you until Christmas Eve 2024, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to assist at that time. As soon as we returned from the holiday break, we escalated the issue with Australia Post. Once confirmed as likely lost, we immediately resent a replacement on 13th January 2025. Tracking shows it arrived on 15th January but wasn’t collected until the 22nd January. Had we been notified earlier, we would have resolved this much sooner, as we do for all lost parcels. We always strive for a smooth experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
