Still haven't received products now almost 2 months from ordering. Not good enough. No help from owner of business either do not recommend this company.

Hi Michelle, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Your order was dispatched the morning after purchase (25/11/2024) with a tracking link sent via text. We didn’t hear from you until Christmas Eve 2024, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to assist at that time. As soon as we returned from the holiday break, we escalated the issue with Australia Post. Once confirmed as likely lost, we immediately resent a replacement on 13th January 2025. Tracking shows it arrived on 15th January but wasn’t collected until the 22nd January. Had we been notified earlier, we would have resolved this much sooner, as we do for all lost parcels. We always strive for a smooth experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. The items I received in my order are great, but unfortunately some items were missing from the order, and despite multiple attempts to reach the seller I have not received a response or a replacement items, forcing me to lodge a dispute to get my money back.

Been 4 weeks since I bought it and I still don’t have the missing part for the humidity pump. Can only dry incubate then have to transfer the eggs into my old incubator for lock down as the humidity pump doesn’t work. Emailed seller, Brinsea UK and US and still have not received the part. Paid a lot of money but ended up disappointed. Sorry can not recommend this product. Edit: now the turn motor is no longer functioning correctly. Does a few turns the stops working. I am now doing manual turns and manual humidity.

VetRx wasn’t a good product like what I read on Aussie chook, I had some chickens that were sneezing a bit and I was looking forward to receiving the vetRX to using it on my $80 chicken each but sadly when I used the product instead of helping, it made them worse, 24 hours after using the product I found 7 chickens and my best hen turkey dead and I never lost this amount of chickens before, so it costed me the product price and my chooks, on the other hand the delivery was fast and the communication from Aussie chooks was great.

Holy Smokes!! I'm sorry that this happened to you, it truly sounds awful. Although, I really doubt it was because of a natural product like VetRx. VetRx is essentially similar to Vicks for chickens. Honestly, for this amount of high, sudden deaths in a flock (not just yours but anyone's) I would encourage you to contact the Department of Agriculture (formerly the Department of Primary Industries) and let them know that you have had a high number of sudden deaths and concerned that you might have something going through your flock. This is really really not normal. Contact number for Ag Victoria is 1800-900-090. They will send out a specialist Avian Vet and possibly take one of your sick chickens for testing and provide you with a diagnosis, support and medications (if needed). All free. And no, they won't euthanise your flock at all. I have personal experience with them more than 10 years ago when I had ILT in my flock and they were wonderful. It was scary considering I had someone knock on my door at 8am on Easter Sunday though! Good luck with the rest of your flock and hope that you can get it sorted ASAP. Please do not offer international express shipping eta 4 days it is misleading, then say in your terms and conditions it all depends on this and that. It took 12 days for delivery.I paid extra for no reason..

Hi Penelope, Thanks for your feedback. You might find that the estimated time for delivery to New Zealand of four days was pulled automatically from the Australia Post information, so we don't have any influence over the accuracy of this information unfortunately. As per your email, the items was dispatched on 27th February and arrived in New Zealand on 4th March, which is in fact four business days. Any delay in delivery after this is the responsibility NZ Post and again, out of our influence as it depends on their processes and your location. I'm sorry this experience has been frustrating for you but we honestly did everything we could to get it to you ASAP. Chinese grown soldier fly in bag labelled for hedgehogs. Not pictured on page. I'd say expensive compost but I won't put Chinese grown in my food chain. Endless nagging via text and email for reviews.

Thanks for your feedback Julie, all the dried insects on our website now have Country of Origin included in the listing for customer clarity. Unfortunately 99.9% of dried insects are imported from China and this is reflected in their low price. We actually do have Australian Grown Insects on our website (and the fact they are Australian grown is in their title) but they are priced to reflect Australian capabilities of product production and higher quality. We hope to see your order for these at some stage and hope your experience with our higher quality product exceeds yours (and your animals) expectations. P.S. The hedgehog image and suggestion is obviously not targeted for Australian markets, just like if they said "perfect for wombats", American and UK customers would get upset. Very disappointed. Bought the 1lt chick water/feeder which was a waste of money as you can’t attach it to the cage. Sent a message to company and got no response.

I bought an overpriced Chicken Guard motor a few weeks ago and within a fortnight the ridiculously flimsy string snapped. How it’s supposed to hold up 4kgs I’ll never know. Anyway, Christine has refused to rectify the problem- won’t reply to text, email or voicemail. I’m thinking about taking legal action. I will never buy from you again and will be giving bad reviews wherever I can.

Hi Lesa, I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your Chicken Guard motor. Please know that your motor is covered under a 3-year warranty, and we've already informed the manufacturer of your problem (you've been cc'ed on the email). To help the manufacturer with their investigation into the issue, we've requested an image of the faulty string and the unit. If you want to throw $200 at a useless bottle, this is for you. I read the Spinosad studies and this doesn't give the same result at all. If you want to control mites, use a blow torch on the coop every evening for a week.

Hi Paula, Thanks for your succinct feedback. I have checked your tracking and it was sent out on 30/1/2023 so almost two weeks ago. I understand you are frustrated but I would encourage you to reach out to us (or any businesses) about orders not being received so we can work with you to rectify the situation.
