“Its not as good as i thought it would be. Yes they dont waste as much but the feed doesnt slide down as easily as i hoped i have the help move it down every day so they can eat it”

“This has nothing to do with Aussie chooks but I asked that the parcel be left at the door and instead it was delivered to the Post Office. Thus my brother was unable to use the hatching mat when he set the eggs ( I was away at the time). As the hatching mat was the critical part of the order, I haven’t opened the parcel.”

Hi Harold, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review as they always provide great feedback on what we are doing well and what can be improved for a better customer experience. I have looked at your label that was generated and in the Special Instructions field your request of "Ring on arrival and leave at house door" was printed on the label for all Australia Post drivers to follow. This is the same field where all comments (mainly of the 'Authority to Leave' etc) are automatically transferred to the shipping label. Unfortunately the driver in your case didn't follow these written instructions and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Christine & Team - ACS

“Product selection and prompt shipping were great and I enjoyed the little gift in my package as well. However the postal instruction not to leave unattended despite requesting that the package be left in a safe place caused me great inconvenience as my local post office closes well before I can get home. I usually use a parcel locker if I can't specify leave unattended, but in this instance I specified and it was ignored.”

Hi Stuart, Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. Yes, your mealworm starter pack was the species Zophobas morio, which is on our website. Also the product description and information on the website and invoice specifies Super Mealworm Breeding Packs as we aren't currently supplying 'normal' (Tenebrio molitor) for some months yet. As discussed, the EcoGlow 2000 brooder has been discontinued for a number of years now and the largest size is now the EcoGlow 1200. This brooder was the size that matched the covers you purchased. “Promised to send it express on Thursday after I paid extra. I paid. They sent it on Monday. I left for holidays on Wednesday. Didn’t get it until Wednesday. A bit disappointed.”

“The service was terrific, the problems i encountered were quickly sorted to the best of their ability. Only problem I have had is that after everything we went through, my incubator still has issues & due to what happened, I lost my fertile Vorwerk eggs.”
