Sent the wrong sill. No time to reorder it so had to install the wrong thing.

I purchased a custom sized patio door arrived on time. Upon inspection of the door its had scratches and scuffs, looks like a second hand door! I contacted customer services but have had no response.

Lock is not working Still waiting staff to call back as the lock of garage side door is not working from day 1 Live chat is useless and always no response Have left them email for arranging technican visit but never address back

Do not use this company !! Poor quality french door where locks jam and the glass is difficult to install due to the sash not fitting flush when glass is installed. Scratched glass. We were only able to see the damaged glass when we moved into natural light. This was due to our delivery driver placing the glass straight into the unlit garage and stacking them on top of one another so was unable to see the damage. He advised not to move until delivery. Our fitter informed of the scratches and we decided that we wanted our home to be secure so to go ahead and fit the door rather than having a hole in our house and waiting weeks for AWM to potentially sort their issue out. AWM refuse to come to any resolution to replace glass and expect Further payment. Don't ignore the reviews they treat all customers poorly.

Deep scratch and chip bad customer service Problems started right from the beginning.. No communication about delivery times although they say they will keep you posted about it.. On the due delivery day around 3pm I called to check what's going on.. No one new.. After a few minutes they said the van broke down and a new van its sent to collect the patio doors and deliver later.. It arrived later but with deep scratches on the grey side and on the white trims. I've tried nicely to talk to them and asked them to accept liability, but their response was that it's only light scratches and its only the foil on top damaged and with a sponge will go away?. I'm a builder and I know a different between a tiny light scratch or a deep scratch and chip in the plastic. Ive asked for a replacement ASAP or at least a discount as they are damaged, I didn't pay full amount for a damaged product. They refused any reasonable communication. One of the reply was like this " our company policy doesn't include discounting faulty goods. or i can post out a paint pen"... So if you want assurance that if the items are damaged you will get compensation /refund /discount, then find someone else as this company its not customer oriented but only to make money. They also said can deliver a different one in 2 weeks which obviously for my client was too late.. This being a stock patio door, not made to measure, I obviously wanted a quick replacement.. Last thing they said they can send a new sash in a weeks time, but I will have to replace it.. I said will you be collecting the other, what will happen? No reply since... With the patio doors I've also ordered a fixing kit.. This was ordered on the 22 of Feb and arrived on the 4th March, 2 days after I fitted the patio doors. I asked for a refund on that as well as it was no good to me anymore, I went and purchased locally.. Again, they refused... So the 1 stars is for the price which is acceptable and same as other competitors with stock products. But customers service its horrible... So my advice, if you want upvc windows and doors?! ... Find a different company, that is customer focused. They replied to me saying that they've kept me updated all the time.. That is pure lie again.. Not one texted or anyone to contact me with any updates.. When I called them, the delivery /transport department asked for my number and confirmed they didn't had the right number.. Although I have the confirmation email and all details are there. They say I asked for refund and discount.. And they don't do that.. This should tell you something about how serious they are.. Yes, I asked for refund or discount and will always do this if I don't receive what I payed for.. Simple as that.. I didn't not pay full price for a faulty product, so discount its absolutely normal by companies who cares about their services and their customers... Serious companies assume responsibility... well, not you apparently. You still not ever replied to the fixing kit order that arrived after almost 2 weeks from order.. To late to use. I asked you a few times for refund.. You ignored me.. For everyone wondering if I'm genuine.. Feel free to contact me, you can easily find me on Facebook. I have pictures/videos of the damaged patio doors and screenshots of conversation with them.. Unfortunately you can't upload this on trust pilot. You will see they didn't even reply to my last messages.. I mentioned they offered a replacement, but in 2 weeks time which is way too late.. This is a stock product, you should have offered a replacement in 2-3 days.. The reason why I decided to leave this review.. I gave them the opportunity to put it right first but they stubbornly refused. Also please check other reviews and also reviews on yell about them.. You'll see many had same problems with them.. Plenty of 1 star.. They are just horrible when comes to customer orientation.. Again..My advice after dealing with them.. Avoid them.. Not serious Alberto Pestean
