“Nice windows and doors, good communication, prompt delivery. Window top fixed glass not size requested, was assured the French door top panel would be replicated on window as to be fitted on same wall, top glass on window is large than on French doors, I put note on order and spoke to you guys yet still don't match, very poor as was not picked up till they had been fitted, too late now to change.”
“Was not the best quality I have to say. Slight damage. And one trim was broken. Screws missing form bottom door catch. None of this was noticed till instalation was under way so no going back”
“Beautifully designed patio doors at a great price, with fast delivery and a helpful friendly driver. Unfortunately, all twelve of the screws securing the hinges to the frame on the secondary door sheared off during fitting, so they're now only held on by the two screws screwing into the plastic runners - not good for such a heavy door. Clearly these screws are underspecified and far too flimsy for the job. I can't even replace them as the screw threads are embedded in the frame, so I'll just have to keep that door closed. As it is, with the currents screws being ready-fitted I'm afraid I can't recommend these doors. AWM really need to deal with that weak point.”

“Ordered my door arrived as promised.When installer came to fix the door the protective coating was removed and then we could see a 55cm long crease on the outside face of the door ( if the door is not foil faced but painted it is a run in the paint ). I reported this complaint by E.mail including a photo on the 8th July 23 and as yet I have had no reply from AWM the manufacturer. Not very good customer relations.”
