"The units require routine calibration I mailed mine to them to I have all 3 of my devices calibrated at the same rime. Unfortunately, I had waited to long and 2 of them could no longer be calibrated. So they offered me a refund or a discount on the purchase of a new device. I chose the discount and bought 2 new identical breathalyzers. They calibrated the 3ed one and sent it back to me. However then it would no longer work. I let them know and they kindly replaced the non functioning item with a new one that was the same model. I am very happy with their products, their maintenance of their products and their professional customer service. These are the ones I now own"

"Know this instrument shouldn\u2019t be used to determine whether you can legally drive & may not be 100% accurate, but it does take the guess work \/ doubt out of the equation. I Drive for a living & feel with complete confidence that this was the best purchase for me in a long time ! I have brought it with me everywhere I go since the day of the purchase. It\u2019s small \/ compact size is very easy to keep on yourself, I let other friends use it to prove they shouldn\u2019t be driving under any influence. By all means it doesn\u2019t cure the DWI problem , but I\u2019m positive the instrument has already saved lives. Thank you for such a great product. Rich C "
