“I bought the product on amazon and couldnt get it to read anything other than “flo.” I spoke to customer service on the phone and they attempted to troubleshoot it and the device still showed “flo.” I returned the device under warranty and they said a techinican tested the device with no issues. The device is in route back to me so we will see it it works.”
