“Was looking for the best and found BACtrack. I believe they are the best in the business. Professional quality for a reasonable price. No complaints so far. Would be great if they made a breathalyzer lockbox that people could put their keys in at the bar or nightclub that requires a sober driver to get the keys back but since I've never seen one, I suppose bringing your own breathalyzer is the best option and BACtrack seems to have the best I can find”

“We experienced that the initial purchase was defective, and I was able to get it replaced at no cost to me sending the item back. The customer service was great. Though, I will say, it's upsetting to have the product at all defective (though this is not the fault of anyone who I dealt with - they were great).”
