“Curtains are good and look exactly how we expected from the samples! We're very happy with them! - they're not perfect, but they're great for the price! We bought from the pre-set size range and had them shortened, and they turned out great.
As it was our first time buying new curtains, we didn't realise that you can pull some strings to form pencil pleats along the top, so it would have been lovely if they could have come with some instructions for that so we didn't have to take them down and rehang them.
I think we could have done with a lot more hooks as well.
Despite hanging them on their highest possible setting, you can still glimpse the rod above the curtains.”

The price and quality of products are good.
Delivery and communication could be much better.
I had a product delivered to the wrong address and was assured it was just still to be delivered despite the fact that I had an email saying they had been delivered.
The neighbour 3 km down the road brought them to me luckily.
I also needed to return 2 blinds due to my incorrect measurements, they responses were quite slow and it would be very helpful if there was a customer phone number.
One of the blinds I have recieved is not working on the open and shut function and cord just pulls through can you please advice if needs to be returned or if you can guide me on how to get it working?”
“happish - colour of white was a bit yellow - chains are stiff & plastic rolls for them feel cheaper and not smooth as our other ones from another company. So happy I only bought for a small blind in a hallway before I went ahead with more.”

“Not too bad… 3/5 curtains I ordered had the wrong eyelit amounts but they sent the correct ones, but of a pain to do.
I got S fold curtains and I wish I knew you’d see that back lining on the edges, also some are different lengths. Not super stoked but overall ok.”
