They list products on their website that they do not have in stock. I was left waiting 2 weeks for racquets that never arrived. When I contacted Sam there was no reply for days and then excuses about email issues.
Refund via Klarna still not confirmed on my account and their manner is rude and unapologetic.”

“After a week with no delivery and no contact, I have now been asking for a refund 3 times and nothing has materialised. I was assured when Paige answered the phone that she was sorting the issue as we spoke but there was no action. They have sent various emails since then to confirm a refund but the £58.98 has not appeared in my account. Very poor and disappointing.”
