“What a superb company!
We purchased the Eve ottoman bed frame with 80” headboard in Florentine. We were amazed at the prices from Bed Choices and jumped straight in. From start to finish the process was seamless.
We ordered the bed on a Tuesday evening. Had a call from a lovely gentleman confirming the order the next day- as we had the largest headboard he wanted to make sure it would fit up the stairs. He advised to have the headboard made on two parts which we agreed. Very thankful for the recommendation as had it been a single piece, we definitely wouldn’t have got it upstairs. I had a phone call to arrange delivery on the Thursday and it was delivered at 9:30am on the Friday. Couldn’t believe it- from order to delivery it was only 3 days!
The guys were so lovely and helpful on delivery.
We didn’t arrange for them to put the bed together, but when we started to attach the headboard, we weren’t sure what some of the pieces were for. A quick Facebook message later which was replied to within minutes on a Friday evening, we were instructed exactly how to build it and we had it completely very quickly.
The bed itself is wonderful quality- much more sturdy than we had expected. Solid craftsmanship, lovely soft material, the ottoman itself is really strong. We expected a flimsy base but it was the complete opposite.
We really are so happy with our purchase. Our quality of sleep has improved just by have a new sturdy bed base as our previous was an old one which had bowed in places.
I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Bed Choices again and have already recommended them to friends and family. We will be looking to replace beds from Bed Choices for our children very soon”

“When purchased the bed it was never clearly highlighted that there would be an extra £99 delivery charge to my address. I was only told this after the purchase days later. Then on the day of delivery I was asked to go into the lorry to help carry the bed out of the lorry into my house because the other delivery man had to pray. Although the man was nice he rolled out his mat in front of my neighbours house and began bowing up and down for 10 mins, it was very unprofessional.”

“A little difficult to set up. Worth £40 for the delivery men to do it. I have an 80 inch headboard and it is not secure. Keeps wobbling and banging against wall. Need to find a solution to this. The bed was as described and does look good. Quick delivery within 5 days”

“I ordered two beds from these guys 2 Arizonas with Ottoman divan base and 2 Boston mattresses and when I tell you, they were professional from start to finish!! They were prompt with their responses on messenger when i had some queries about the beds and within 2 days arranged a convenient time for the beds to be delivered. A courtesy call was made to me before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. They came in and installed 3 beds, as my son ordered one separately aswell. “Spent a long time looking at websites, images and reviews when picking my bed. Came across bed choices. Ordered some fabric swatches. Those arrived quickly. After speaking to someone, who answered all my questions, went ahead with order. Have to say was a bit hesitant as worried if would be as per website. Received my bed promptly, helped carry bed to room upstairs which was so helpful given size of headboard and height. The bed is exactly as described and shown. Great quality build, solid ottoman and beautiful fabric for a fair price. Placed an order for 2nd bed soon after as was very happy with 1st bed. Contacted the company after placing order to see if they could deliver within 3 days as had family coming to stay. They sorted it and new bed arrived exactly when requested. Excellent service. “Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Ordered January asked for April delivery. Kept up to date with delivery times. The bed is fantastic. Stronger than I thought it would be. One niggle is that there is no support for the centre rail on the foot end. All in all I would highly recommend them.”
