“The overall aesthetic of the bed is really good and it looks fab in the room. I think the quality of the structure of the bed didn't feel as good and I do have some concerns about the longevity of the bed however time will tell. We bought the ottoman gas lift bed however the bottom of the bed isn't that solid so we will be limited on the things that we can put under the bed as I would be concerned that anything heavy would break through the fabric.
The customer service was okay, I emailed to try and get a sense of when the bed would be getting delivered. They responded fairly quickly, however when I asked for clarification around a time because there was no one going to be in the house for a big portion of that day I didn't get a response for a few days. The response came in a phone call and we agreed that the bed would be delivered early to ensure someone would be home. I then received a call the next day that the bed would be getting delivered later in the day when no one would be in. I ended up having to re-arrange my plans to make sure someone was in and when I called the company to inform them they said okay and quickly put the phone down with no consideration that we had initially agreed upon a time and they then changed this and gave no solutions that worked for us.
Overall, bed is good and looks really nice but worry about the quality long term with specific parts of the bed and customer service could have been better.”
“A little difficult to set up. Worth £40 for the delivery men to do it. I have an 80 inch headboard and it is not secure. Keeps wobbling and banging against wall. Need to find a solution to this. The bed was as described and does look good. Quick delivery within 5 days”
