“Lack of transparency on delivery dates. They say immediate delivery before you buy.. but then it takes 2 weeks for the delivery - and they will say it is clearly stated in the tiny words.”

Product advertised as ‘suitable for outdoor use’ and after only 8 weeks (during summer & covered as advised whilst not in use) the product is mouldy. Their ‘customer service’ simply replied they would do nothing to help replace/refund as the ‘weather has been humid’ and think this is acceptable. I asked to go to the complaints team and was told their customer service are the complaints team and they will do nothing further.
On top of this we purchased with a ‘get £100 cash back when you spend £300’ offer. Only to find the £100 was a voucher (I had to chase multiple times to receive) & can only be used when spending an additional min £300. These additional T&Cs were housed on a page inaccessible for customers.
Sneaky, unhelpful, falsely advertising & no care for the customer receiving poor quality products. Shrugged off with no consideration and left with £320 of mouldy furniture.”
“HONESTLY: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID BELIANI; I ordered a shower screen and the advertised delivery time was 5-7 days. I wrote to Beliani and asked them to be frank about delivery times as I was doing a refurb and was working to deadlines. The product took 15 days to arrive. When I tried to return the product unopened and ask for my money back, Beliani offered 45 GBP cash out of the original cost of 220 GBP. I do feel this company borders on the fraudulent given my experience and the poor reviews across the board.”

“Well, to start off when I tried to order this coffee table their webpage wasn't able to calculate the delivery to Central London/Marylebone, which forced me to e-mail them.
The first contact went smoothly, they sent me a payment link on the 1st of September and I paid it right-away.
On the 5th of September I still hadn't received no e-mail in regards to the delivery whatsoever so I decided to e-mail them and I was informed that they would contact the logistic team and found out more about it.
On the 6th of September after 24 hours I still hadn't heard back so I decided to e-mail, no one bothered to answer, then I called and Lydia told me it was a human mistake and nobody had processed my payment and luckily I had called then they fixed it.
So nearly a week later I still don't have my coffee table, I don't have my invoice, I don't have the exact delivery date and no compensations whatsoever for a mistake that wasn't even mine !
The whole experience was very bad and unprofessional/unorganized and felt like they didn't care that I planned in advanced to have the coffee table right now, but because of their mistake I have to simply accept.”
