“I had an unusually wide embroidery to frame, and Best4frames was just the job. The frame and mount was incredibly well packaged and arrived promptly; the quality of the product is very good and the end result is just what I wanted. “Couldn’t fault this company, unfortunately one of the frames in an order arrived scratched and they replaced it with a new frame literally overnight after I notified them. Great to buy from someone you can trust with decent customer service!”

“I ordered 2 wooden Nielsen frames, which were quickly despatched. Despite very careful and protective packaging, the smaller of the frames was damaged on arrival. I notified Customer Service and a replacement was sent out quickly and arrived intact. I would definitely buy from Best4frames again - they had the frame style I wanted at a competitive price.”
