“Quality mounts but hard to compare the colour received with the colour on the website. Also had to trim a tiny amount off the mount for it to fit in the frame.”

“I have to say I was more than delighted with the two photographs of my dogs I had printed and framed. First off the ordering process was easy. I got to choose the frame size, frame colour. Mount size and mount colour. This was important to me.You get a visualisation of what it looks like. Secondly the image they produced was very very good. The images were black Labradors which have so many shadows and light and darks. But they did an incredible job of reproducing an image that was taken on an old iPhone. Thirdly they made me cry. The images were of my dogs that I’d lost within 6 months of each other. And the quality of the product was superb. A true reproduction. Thank you for making something that was so painful to do a true pleasure to look at and remember.”

“I made an enquiry by email which was answered promptly and helpfully . I wanted to use the frame for a piece of cross stitch , and this was taken into account when making the frame .When it arrived it was lovely , and everythinh fitted in beautifully. Felt this is an excellent company who provide a really good service. Many thanks.”

“Great product and very good experience generally. The one thing to be improved is keeping the customer informed of the order status: After the order was placed (26 Sep) there was essentially no indication of its status (received, in production, estimated time to delivery etc) until it was dispatched on 3 Oct. In any case, it was good value for money, and it currently sits in my office. :)”

“The first frame arrived with broken glass. They immediately and quickly replaced the frame after I'd sent a photograph of the damage. The frame is good quality and exactly as described. The website is also very easy to use.”
