“I bought this dress and it is lovely but the fabric is more shiny than I had hoped for. I have written customer service twice asking for help with my return from the US but have heard nothing in 6 days. I love their clothes & expect this is not a typical customer support experience.”

“If it was possible to give zero or negative stars, I would. My experience has been miserable and I would never recommend anyone order from this company if it is an international purchase. Prior to purchase I understood that it wasn't going to be easy if the dress didn't fit but I never expected this. The box was severely damaged, was late and I was charged additional unexpected costs. The dress does not fit and I have been trying to return it for weeks. I started contacting the company the day after delivery and have emailed, called and left a voicemail as well as a WhatsApp as instructed on their website and packing materials. The return window has closed and I still have received NO response from this company at all. I emailed them again this past week and said I have never written a bad review but if I have to write one in order to get a response, I will do so. I am now stuck with a very expensive dress that I cannot wear.”

“I recently purchased a Beulah dress for a wedding in France and I honestly felt like a million dollars wearing it. The colour was absolutely perfect, elegant, flattering, and just right for the occasion. I love the quality of the fabric and the timeless elegance of the design. Its one of those pieces I know I will wear many times over for different events and still feel amazing each time. Highly recommend.”

“I’d never bought from Beulah’s online ads as I’m petite and not all brands work for a small frame. Came across the Elizabeth St store on my way to another shop and popped to ask about sizing. Nia and Kat could not have been more welcoming and helpful. I tried on what felt like a dozen dresses! Ended up buying two which I love. Would definitely recommend both a visit to the store and the brand. Dresses are beautifully made and the fabrics are very high quality. The brand has a lovely ethos. I’ll definitely be back for more.”

“Natasha and Lavinia run a niche fashion business with a unique personal touch. The important aspect of the business is that women are taken out of slavery and emloyed to produce these beautiful dresses whcih are much admired. Whether for a wedding, party, Royal Ascot or a Memorial, you will find a special outfit that stands out amongst the crowd”

“I visited Elizabeth Street on 22nd May after searching everywhere for a dress for my son's wedding. I wish I had gone to Beulah to begin with. I bought the Yahvi dress in pink and I'm thrilled with it. The 2 assistants were delightful (I'm sorry I can't remember their names) and it was a very positive and enjoyable shopping experience. Also thank you to Justine who helped me with a purchase from the outlet department.”

“I have rather a lot of Beulah dresses as they are beautifully made, make me feel fabulous and help women's employment - perfect all round! Recently I found a dress online and, to my horror, found it had sold out in my size. So I emailed the team who immediately found one in their store, so I beetled round there pronto and am so happy - that's my Royal Ascot outfit sorted. Thank you lovely Beulah team x”
