i absolutly hated visiting your store on Elizabeth street, i get better service in H&M or Zara when im buying a £30 pair of jeans... having spent £745 on a dress i expected better. please feel free to call me on 07831593320.

If it was possible to give zero or negative stars, I would. My experience has been miserable and I would never recommend anyone order from this company if it is an international purchase. Prior to purchase I understood that it wasn't going to be easy if the dress didn't fit but I never expected this. The box was severely damaged, was late and I was charged additional unexpected costs. The dress does not fit and I have been trying to return it for weeks. I started contacting the company the day after delivery and have emailed, called and left a voicemail as well as a WhatsApp as instructed on their website and packing materials. The return window has closed and I still have received NO response from this company at all. I emailed them again this past week and said I have never written a bad review but if I have to write one in order to get a response, I will do so. I am now stuck with a very expensive dress that I cannot wear.

I have returned a dress that I received with no belt and I have not had confirmation of my return. I have sent multiple emails and messages and have not heard anything back. I have no dress and no money. Appalling.

Very disappointed with the state of the dress as it arrived. Have made multiple attempts to speak to customer services with no response (attempted email and phone).

I ordered the sienna milk floral bouquet dress … it did not suit me… when I went online to return it the site says the item is not returnable. I don’t understand this as it is shown as a new item and not a final sale. I sent this information to your customer care team earlier this week and received no response. Can you help! Dana Porter

I returned my dress to the Elizabeth Street shop with the understanding from the manager that I would receive a refund from the online shop and having bought the same dress in a larger size. I’m aware that this is unusual but I have rather strange circumstances given I live in Australia, was leaving a couple of days later and the fit was significantly different in silk from cotton. I am still waiting to hear from the online store and for the refund so currently am very disappointed. I have emailed twice with no response.

Shocking cutomer service and treatment from Beulah. I ordered a dress which came with parts missing and not as described or shown on-line. I contacted Beulah and they agreed to send me a pre-paid return label ( on this occassion!) but not a refund on my original delivery charge. After I pointed out that they legally had a duty to return my orignal delivery charge, they agreed. I returned the dress on 7th August. As of 21st August, I still have not been refunded. I have had no replies to my e-mails to customer care and they do not answer the phone or respond to my phone messages left. I was told I should receive a refund within 10 days. This is not an insignificant sum and I now need to consider what steps I can take to recover this.
