“My driver was excellent... once I finally found him. Blacklane's customer service, however, was just awful. Since my plane arrived early, I called to get my car earlier, but seemed impossible to get to a live person on the phone, so I gave up and waited and waited. I finally got a text that the driver was there, I searched and searched for my driver for 15 minutes. I could not find him among the drivers waiting for customers, therefore, I had to call Blacklane again and navigate the atrocious system to finally get connected to a live person. That took 9 minutes! Finally, the live person did a 3-way call with the driver, who was, indeed, waiting, but had not been waiting at the exit to the International Arrivals gate, which made it impossible to find him. I will NEVER use Blacklane again! This was far too stressful and far too much work on my part for an expensive chauffeur ride.”

“A huge part of booking this service is so that I can receive assistant with luggage from baggage claim. This has not been the case the past few times I have booked this service. A huge disappointment. Also, maybe finding drivers with less road rage could help with transport from the airport to my destination at the early hours of the morning could make a significant difference.”
