Despite taking extra measures to ensure clarity with the uniqueness of our reservation. We need to pick-up passengers at two different terminals. The driver arrived, and had not reviewed the instructions nor was he prepared. It ended up okay; however, I expected more given the premium brand.

The driver was excellent. The car not so good, an electric Mercedes, it rolled constantly, and it was not the driver. I would not have liked to been on a long journey as I’m sure my wife and I would have been sick. We are both used to Mercedes but this one was weird.

Both of our Blacklane services to and from 2 different airports yesterday went flawlessly. However, my request on the Blacklane website for whatsApp to be utilized for both drivers and their notices was ignored. Texts were sent on Google messages which cost me for every one I had to opened on the android messing service.

We are sorry, however, that your preference for WhatsApp updates could not be met. At the moment, we do not yet offer ride updates via WhatsApp, and notifications are sent via SMS only. If you would like to track your chauffeur and see key trip updates, you can also use the Blacklane app, where the most important information about your ride is always available. Within the app’s notification settings, you can disable SMS notifications and keep booking updates exclusively via app push notifications. Everything about the communication and ride was great. However, you’re still charging meet and greet prices when Terminal 4 at JFK cannot facilitate this.

Being able to use your services all over the world and know you will be dependable and knowledgeable in every city is really comforting! Your drivers in Japan and Korea were especially helpful. My one issue is late last night your official text gave me the name and number of one driver and said he was at JFK. Then I heard, personally, from another driver who said HE was there. In this day and age, I did not know if I should trust the driver who contacted me out of the blue. I texted your Bookinglane 910-725-5441 number back to get confirmation on my driver's name and never heard back. Quite disconcerting. You customer should be able to reach your "Bookinglane" number to verify, if needed.

All positive as before , but I noticed that the invoice has words that gives us the option of the driver coming to the Baggage claim carousel that will process our luggage. He did not give us that option. He told us to go to the curb and give him a call. So we dragged 4 suitcases 2 hand luggage and 2 back packs to the curb. It was a shorter trip than to the garage for sure, but strange that the driver did not give us that option even though we mentioned we had a lot of luggage

Sadly short of email info towards the time of pick-up, this caused me major panic, after a 36 hour day, 150 miles from home and a husband with extreme anxiety The info only reached my email hours after we were home. However, whenthe driver arrived, perfectly on time re my instructions but the flight and security was early as were we, he was kindness and efficiency personified. Very helpful and an excellent driver.

Service is always good and for that reason we're regular customers. THis time however, the drive was not so good. THe chauffeur was unable to make the ride smooth. Speed was going up and down and very brisk movements between lanes. The driver also contributed to my conversation with the other passenger. It felt like I had to think what I talked about.

Service und Buchung war wie immer top! Der Fahrer war sehr sehr freundlich und natürlich pünktlich! Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil in der App eine EQS angezeigt/bestätigt wurde, aber es war dann doch eine V-Klasse. Eine Kleinigkeit…

I booked this for my parents, and they were very happy. There was a small issue at the pick-up, but it was resolved quickly. The driver was not waiting at their door; he was in the main parking lot. We were able to quickly direct him to the location. The ride was great, and my dad said he was a fantastic driver and that it was very smooth. Polite and professional was what he told me. We will use this service again. Thanks!
