My only reason for 4 stars on this occasion was the time taken on chat to amend my booking , I should have been able to amend on the app - I was changing the time from 2130 to 2200. The other issue was that my card was then charged despite me having a promotion and the funds were not released until a week later - my account had a bank card not a credit card and as that did not happen when I first booked made no sense whty it was done for a time change. Driver was exceptional - polite friendly and a true credit to Blacklane

Great first experience! Appreciated the easy communication with driver. Only thing was that driver was not informed that I had requested pick up an hour after my flight landed (because I wanted to dine first). He didn’t mind waiting but it still made me feel a bit rushed. Blacklane should communicate the requested pick up time to driver, not just the flight info.

so far everything has been great. However there was one trip on Dec 19, where my boss landed very late like 11p, and the driver was not accommodating to pick him up at the level and door he was at. My boss even texted him saying he was on level 2, door X. The driver then said, well i am at arrivals level, and proceeded to give him a hard time about looping around to come get him up on level 2. He didnt give a bad review of the driver bec he often gets the same drivers, but if someone could contact me so he does not get this driver in the future, it would be appreciated.

Collected appropriately, however driver was too fast to the car and we were still unsure where we were going. Found the driver was lovely on the drive. However, he left us in the car to run and find where the hotel was exactly. This happened for 10 minutes in the car with us left inside a car that was still running.

Our driver was well outside the arrivals barrier with his sign and I had to call him to find him. The drive was uneventful but he requested a larger tip.

I believe you have a very good service, but in my expectation to class it has great, I would love to see an improvement on the ability to book with less than 60min. In my case I deal with 2 director that can have their plans shift at any moment, and having that flexebility, for me that would elevate your service from Good to Great!

Service excellent but why does your website not recognise the address submitted and why can yousaloon merchant not cope with the common 2 people each with one hold and one cabin piece of luggage?

The rides I took were very good. However I was not at all pleased with the ride I had to cancel because of flight delays/issues. I expected to receive at least a 40-50%credit but received nothing.

Our flight arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. I would have expected our driver to know that. We waited 30 minutes for him. Other than that, everything was super. Nice car, friendly driver
