Love Blacklane service. The tip jar workflow for NYC is less than ideal, not allowing for Apple Pay and also adding an additional fee on top. Either include tip on the app or bake it into the fee I’m already paying.

My overall experience was very good! I had some issues with the app when I tried to edit my ride's time which caused a bit of confusion and stress, but all was resolved once I chatted and messaged with customer service. My Blacklaner driver was excellent!

The only downside was that our driver didn't have a sign with my name on it. So we didn't find him immediately.

The driver was excellent. The cost of the fare, however, is a bit outrageous. $138 for a 20 minute drive is a little steep. Especially when UBER and LYFT were quoting $44 for the same ride.

An excellent ride as per normal. Comfortable vehicles, prompt efficient service, and competent drivers. One suggestion: When notifying the customer of the name of the driver, giving their mobile phone contact number would be most helpful. Often the airport internet is unreliable, especially when you don’t have data roaming.

Would have been five star. He met me inside the terminal after international customs as requested. It was near midnight obviously dark outside. I walk with a walking stick so not a fast walker. He took my case and carry on. Great. But once outside it was pouring with rain....stair rods. He had parked outside the domestic arrivals??????? Given I did not know it was raining buckets and where he had parked I followed him. BUT he then walked the length of the terminal in the pouring rain, me some distance behind instead of walking the length of the terminal INSIDE the terminal

The service and the driver were excellent. The only issue I had was that I was expecting a later model car. A BMW 7 series came which was very nice however it was the older body style, circa 2020-2022 6th generation and not the 2023-2025, 7th generation.

The driver seemed to suggest that he drove to a wrong pick up point after I called him. However, I never spoke to the driver. I don’t know why he went to a wrong pick up point.

Drivers are polite and well-groomed but I find that their driving skills could be better. My first driver seemed to brake hard and late and my second drove faster than I felt comfortable with and seemed to have a habit of tailgating.
