My bangalore experience was great But I was troubled by messages for a mumbai ride which was a mistaken phone number . You’ll need to have better communication

Your service is very good but one suggestion, please have a larger signage when we come out of customs and an international airport city there’s tens of thousands of people waiting for incoming passengers and your drivers get lost in the crowd with just showing their iPhone with my name on it. I prefer to have a 8 x 10 signage with my name on it holding up above their heads so I can see it when I get out of the customs area.

Dear Blacklane, I have the below comments: - Before the ride, only driver name and phone number is shared in the email but not car plate number. We need to ask CS for the car plate number, and this is not that user friendly. - I used Blacklane quite a few times before, and there were emails notifying when the guest gets in the car and drop off. Unfortunately, there were no such notifications for the recent booking.

The driver was on time, he drove well. Our only complaint is that the car was warm. I made a commemt, but the driver didn't make a serious effort to lower the temperature.

Overall the service was fine but I was annoyed that our driver took a phone call from another drier who insisted that he pick up some people immediately. They argued back and forth for 5 minutes and it was quite upsetting.

Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich guckte aber auf der Autobahn ständig auf sein Handy. Man hatte deshalb ein etwas unsicheres Gefühl.

My clients love your drivers and your cars you provide. However, I have not been paid any commissions in a year. I was told back in September that I was going to receive my back pay for these commissions and they still have not occured. I made this booking thinking you would keep your word and I would have received my commissions by now. I rated you a 4 star but I honestly would give you a 5 star if you paid me my commissions. Prompt, safe drive into Tokyo from Haneda. Our driver did not speak english which caused a little confusion at the drop off. Vehicle was very nice and comfortable.

Last trip I didn’t see a driver with sign for pickup. Finally I called him and the person sitting in the seating area picked up and showed me his sign. Not very attentive.

I've used Blacklane 3 times now, the drivers have all been brilliant, and the app and messages worked perfectly until my last booking where the booking dissapeared from my app just when the pickup was due. The driver was there so it was just a glitch in the comms but it was a bit frustrating for the 15 minutes that I thought they had ghosted me. I would use them again though, it's a real treat to be picked up by someone reliable and nice in a fancy car.

Almost perfect. Only a comment: the driver was waiting for me close to the hotel since 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If he had called me, I could meet him soon. I was waiting him and he was waiting me, but we were not able to meet.

The communication, the pickup and drivers were excellent. My only complaint is that I changed the pickup location (which was very near too my original pickup location and the time from 7:00 pm to 6:30 pm) but I was charged $130 Euro instead of my original charge of $73.79 Eruo. I would like too understand why I was charged such a big difference. Regards Edward DiPetrillo.
