We book Blacklane on behalf of clients in the UK, Germany and in the USA. Service is generally very good. The standard of English of some of the drivers is sometimes poor, but driving standards and vehicle quality are good. Some drivers lack flexibility e.g. if the guest has more luggage than planned and it won't all fit the boot/trunk area, etc. Corporate customer support is very good.

Driver, car everything great. BUT: way did the driver not get my phone number or any other Option to get in touch with me? And: why did he not get my messages (he said they never receive them) despite the fact that it is clearly stated in the app? The number I received was a German one although we were in France…? We missed each other at the train station and it took 20 minutes to meet…

Overall, we couldn’t fault the chauffeurs themselves - both were pretty punctual, drove safely came across as very attentive. However, the car seats available were in no way suitable for a three year old child. Baby seats are obviously too small and booster seats (which is what we got) are not safe and unsuitable for a 3 year old - they are for older children. This is an area which needs immediate improvement as we want our child to be transported safely. I explicitly mentioned the child’s age (both journeys) and age and weight (return journey) in my booking but felt like information had been ignored.

Experience is good, but price is too high compared with other similar service providers. Suggest to lower price a bit, or provide coupon/voucher as incentive. For example, a 20 Euro voucher every 5 successful trips (over 40 or 50 Euro each trip).

I think the forward facign guest experience is good however as a travel agent, the travel agent portal is not great and doenst feel like it's set up for agents. I still have never received a commission and I have had clients advise they are unable to modify or canel their own rides when i set them up. Not sure how it's inteneded to work, but the guest should have full access to their rides via the app with the same funtinality as if they set them up themselves.

Good organization. Friendly drivers. We were hoping for a better price because Dr. Wobser's stay took only some hours and both transfers could have been effected by the same driver.

Our transfer was from JFK to EWR Marriott. Even at 8:00 PM it seemed a bit odd to go through mid-town Manhattan. But driver was very nice and very professional.

Everything about the service and the ride was great, but the technical stuff to get enrolled and confirm the trip was atrocious. It was so bad that I had to spend more than a day to get it sorted out especially the Blacklane site does not offer access to a customer service representative or a phone number to call. This is most inconsiderate and makes it very difficult as a customer.

It was fine. Great Car. The driver couldn't speak much english so it was silent drive for 3.5 hours.

Driver was not very corteous and car was filthy. This has never happened before. I think you should check better. I consider your company excellent but this time it eas not up to the standards of Blacklane
