Lack consistency of being on time when picking me up. Happened too many times to have to wait for your drivers at the airport. Cars and drivers are always lovely.

Easy to communicate with office and driver. My driver was was on time, courteous and respectful. I do think charging 20 euros to change a pick up time is excessive and unreasonable. I also think not crediting for less distance is not fair. I was over billed for waiting time, which there was none. It was credited after I put in a claim and I was given an 80 euro one time credit for future use within 6 months. With that time limitation I would prefer that be additional credit to my credit card. Not sure that I would use Blacklane again or recommend it to others.

My experience using Blacklane was very good overall. The only complaint I had was when the driver arrived he didn't have a sign with my name on it. There were a number of cars at my hotel and I had to go to each one to see if they were my scheduled car. I finally knocked on the window and driver said he was looking for me, but didn't have a sign.

Why a black car when it costs ~2x as much as much as a taxi? Because one doesn't want to contend with the amateurism inherent to cabbies. They cannot be relied to show up on time; they cannot improvise when the traffic poses problem; they don't know when to talk or STFU. Moustafa (sp?) filled the bill of a pro and made it worth the price. There is simply too much mediocity in the world, that when a reliable opportunity to avoid it emerges, it becomes a good choice.

We were booked for 1200hrs but at 1100hrs I received an email informing me that the driver had arrived at our hotel which made us rush downstairs to check out as well as going back to the hotel room to re check that we had taken all our stuff. The driver was lovely

Very good communication from 48 hours. Only complaint is that you cannot load rides booked via travel agent in advance on the apps.

Our driver William, was right there, on time, waiting for us at the baggage handler. He was very curteous and polite. He was an excellent driver the entire ride home. My only critique would be that he could definitely work on improving his English language skills.

Ride from IAD to home was wonderful and driver was great. However after we got back, we were billed for the services, even though this was to be paid by Regent. On phone for over 1 and 1/2 hours to resolve the issues (outrageous)-only to be told that it was clearly their fault. This really made the after experience less than great. Need to be able to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Our pickup from Heathrow T5 was excellent, our driver was where he was supposed to be, was helpful and polite, and managed to avoid a bad traffic delay en route. The restored our opinion of Blacklane after our outward journey to the airport, when our driver could find our street let alone our house, complained about our three modest bags and drove like a madman, despite no traffic or time pressure.

Good service although did not appreciate travelling in a Tesla and would not want that to happen again. A key problem is there is absolutely no way to resolve issues using email. That impacts my view of your customer service.

The driver was great until we got to the hotel. He got my suitcase & carry on out of the trunk and pulled away. I was left wrestling both to the front door of the hotel with cars whizzing by.

The drivers are always great but I find are often not familiar with the old area of Cannes by the Marché Forville. There are barriers in the roads that are only open to commercial vehicles, and the drivers can use the call station to get access, but I find most times I have to explain this to the driver for a pickup or drop off. The drivers are always curtious and friendly, and I consider Blacklane a top choice in Nice and Cannes.

Except in New York, Blacklane says that an appropriate tip is included in the fare. In New York, you send an email soliciting an "additional" tip. Responding directs you to a third-party website, which charges a fee of around $2.00. The suggested amounts for this "additional" tip start at 20% and go up from there.

Sometimes in the rush to book clients who gets buried in the computer as to feel overwhelmed...thank God for the US operators to fix any questions, payments and assure all is well. A shout out to Rochelle for a recent resolve to a changed credit card by the client. Blacklane is my go to for clients and the liberal change policy makes me a steady booker. Busy travel sellers appreciate good assistance in a world filled with folks changing items daily.
