A Mercedes Benz EQE as a shuttle vehicle is actually a very good idea, but it was very hard in our vehicle and you didn't really sit well on the rear bench seat either. The driver's driving style could be a bit smoother, he was very hectic

Farhan was a pleasant chauffeur to interact and drive around. Knowledgeable and fun person! Wish we could have driven faster on the no speed zone but because of rains and poor visibility that was not possible.

I was not credited the 100.00 discount on my recent trip from LAX to Santa Barbara. Also I received an email stating this was my first trip when it was actually my second trip.

The pick up to the airport and return from the airport was great. It was smooth with no glitches. The driver from the airport to home may have waited a bit longer than expected since it took a bit to get cleared by customs and pick up our luggage. We stayed in touch by texting. Two odd things happened. I got an email saying that the driver for the drive waited over the expected time period and went home. The time was different than my expected pick up time and I did not request that time. In fact we were already at the airport when I got the message. The same thing happened with the trip from the airport to home. A driver waited more than the allocated wait time and went home. In both these cases, I got no texts or other kind of messages. It was kind of strange.

Had 2 rides, the first pickup from airport was okay except the driver did not take any freeway routes to the hotel so I would rate this a 3 stars, cost too much. The ride to airport was excellent the driver 1st glass, 5 star rating he drove via freeway

Blacklane in very dependable, professional and safe. The reason for the 4 star vs the 5 star is because this is a business where is depends highly on the driver you receive. In the past 2 weeks, I used Blackland 3 times and only 1 of the 3 times did I receive a driver that was 5 stars. The other 2 drivers were 4 stars.

The inside of the car was kept clean. The driver arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time to pick us up, which we liked very much.

Very reliable, always on time but down side is not quite unflexible on it since the drivers always have to take next clients immediate after. So even when we asked I'm advanced to reschedule the pick up a bit somehow the drivers didn't get this info. Happened 2 times already. Apart from that the drivers are so professionally, some even very helpful.

Booking online was supremely easy, as was applying a promotion, which is important when I plan group movements and give them access to Blacklane. However, the car quality was poorly managed by whichever partner of Blacklane was used in Houston. I booked a Mercedes E-class or similar. The similar has too much room to be something of significantly less quality. I don't like SUVs because they take too much fuel and spew too much fumes in the air, including when drivers are forced to leave their engines on for a long time. The Lincoln Navigator that showed up was comfortable but way too much for one person, unless I specifically had requested an SUV. A sedan would have been more personal and more appropriate a size for the job. In addition, the pricing is about 20% too high compared with other similar rides at better quality. When you don't own the cars, the real secret is in the franchisee management, which maybe is the root problem. Take a look at providers like Moteo's DRVN or even Savoya, which I have used. Quality is much better managed there, so you can do it also.

The driver was on time for the pickup. There was a slight miscommunication of the pick up point location. This was due with my unfamiliarity with the airport (LaGuardia). The driver did finally direct me to the correct loaction. The driver was professionally dressed and polite and the drive into NYC was smooth.
