The ride was very nice. There was a bad odor in the vehicle.

Blacklane took the longest route home from the airport. We ended up showing the driver how to go. Neither driver spoke much english. On the way home from the airport we asked the driver if he was taking the freeway or surface streets. He didn't know what surface streets meant. We ahve been using Blacklane for years including in other countries and have always found them dependable. On the last trip language was the biggest problem and the on the way home from the airport the driver was unfamiliar with the route. There needs to be a way to reach Blacklane by phone.

During my arrival at the ariport I had to wait for thje driver as he was not waiting for me at the spot like other drivers do. I came out a bit earlier and he was not there and arrived 8min later than the agreed pick up time

My understanding was that the tip was included. Clearly my driver was waiting for a tip.

The transfer ran smoothly and on time, which I’ve come to rely on with Blacklane. However, the interior of the vehicle had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which detracted from the overall experience.

I love Blacklane all over the world Oddly where my home airport is - SeaTac in seattle it's gone downhill I actually use an airport map to send an hour out and it rarely gets used I think the company you sub out to here isn't as good as perhaps others
