I was expecting a luxury Mercedes according to my reservation. The SUV was nice but it was not the vibe I was looking for.

We needed to go to BFI Skyservice, but it wasn't a drop-down selection so I selected BFI, then wrote in the notes that we needed to go to Skyservice. The driver still took them to wrong FBO. Luckily, he did end up getting them to Skyservice, but I was disappointed that the notes were not read. We appreciate your service and for getting them there, but please don't put a notes section if they won't be looked at.

We really like Blacklane. The problem is you've become way too expensive for short trips. Back & forth to the airport is OK, but a quick 10 min trip that costs almost $100, when Uber Back is $35? That's not affordable. I wish you'd go back to both booking and hailing. It worked better that way.

Driver, car and ride were great. I was surprised, though, to be asked for a tip. I thought "no tipping/everything included" was part of your business model. I know additional tips are always welcome but being asked to tip when the understanding with Blacklane is that "everything is included" feels icky, for lack of a better word. You should decide what it is. Is tip included or is it not? Do not put your customers in the uncomfortable position of wondering "Is the tip included or is it not?' "How much are they paid?" "How much do they earn?" "Should I tip?" "How much?" "Did they already get 20% and should I give them a little extra or should I tip the 20-25% I would normally tip a non-tipped driver?" The necessity of doing this type of mental gymnastics should not be part of the Blacklane experience.

All was good. Driver was not at the pickup location when I arrived...but I located him after a few minutes.

Pickup was great on 1/16/2026! But due to ice storm I had to change my flight to earlier takeoff so needed to change Blacklane pickup time to 1 hour earlier &when I did the price doubled! So I canceled by pickup for 1/24

Have used your service in singapore london France sweeden and.italy pricing seems inconstant. The app is not friendly for existing bookings and no loyalty bonus

Pickup and driver were great. My only frustration was with the booking. I booked through Emirates Airlines and was informed 80 km (50 miles) were included with my booking. I picked several destinations which ARE within 50 driving miles [Google maps, driving] of my pickup location (Newark airport). However, Blacklane would state these destinations are "beyond 50 miles" and charge me for addtional mileage. I then have to rebook and "guess" if the mileage is within 50 miles. After several iterations I finally "found" a destination which was acceptable and within the mileage limit.
