Good experience. Driver came a bit early which helped us a lot. The driver was on his phone a few times while driving which was not good.but nonetheless we enjoyed our ride

Pick up/ Drop off as expected - 1st. Class. Welcomed the information/update emais although the timing of the 4.30 am ones on the 22/9 and 23/9 were strange timing. Not impressed by the 12.35 am one on the 24/9 indicating the chauffeur when you are trying to sleep before the 5 am. pick up. Understand these are somewhat automated but believe Blacklane could review this procedure. Kind Regards Don Jenkins

I thoroughly enjoyed our driver (he was WONDERFUL and even stopped to pickup Diet Cokes for us beforehand!). My only complaint is related to the Blacklane service/app itself. In the app, when I booked the car it said it would be a Mercedes Benz V-Class or similar for the car choice. It wasn't entirely uncomfortable to be in the Suburban that picked us up, it just wasn't at all what was reflected in the app (and I wouldn't consider that to be in the same class). Blacklane should align the choice a bit more clearly, as I could have just booked a Suburban with Uber Black.

Cars are just ok. Not in a luxury condition. Ride comfort is less due to quality of tyers. Recent ride was ok. But drivers body language at the time of drooping. client (me ) shows that they need tip , which is bad & showing that they are not paid well by black lane or they don’t deserve to be drivers of your company.

Great service, drivers are always professional and on time. Cars are always roomy, clean and comfortable. Overall good, however extremely expensive.

Driver was on time and courteous. Pity his sign didn't have the correct name on it, as we wouldn't have been searching for each other for around 15 minutes at the airport.

Booking process is easy, as is retrieving invoices. Generally, your service is reliable but I have been told that pick-ups from JFK Airport can be unreliable, with drivers not waiting for the passenger to get through Customs etc. Other than that, Blacklane is great.

your app is useless when journeys booked by Regent. To download the app you have to set up an account. You then have two accounts!! Contacted Blacklane but they were unable to resolve the issue. The journeys were excellent as were the drivers 5*

For my trip to JFK from home (Norwalk, CT), I needed a full-size SUV for 3 check-in luggage and two carry-on. Repeatedly I was offered a sedan and not a SUV For the pick from home, I asked for 6:45 pm to reach JFK 3 hours before departure, as Emirates requested. However, repeatedly Blacklane offered me 7:15 pm pick-up time. It took me two calls to Emirates and four calls to your office to finally get this resolved. This was a waste of time and needless anxiety that was unnecessary and unprofessional. I have been flying out of Dulles Airport in DC for the last 10 years and NEVER faced such unacceptable situation with the Emirates dedicate limo revice. The SUV that finally came (on time) at 6:45 pm. Driver Anil Kumar (?) was professional, the ride was comforable, and we made it to JFK by 8:15 pm because of heavy traffic. I was charged for minutes waiting, and we didn't see the car. My husband had to track it down. Otherwise the ride was great.

Transfer service was good. But driver charged additional 40$ for a short coffee stop (15mins out of 5hrs drive) which costs already 850$, seemed a bit greedy.

We use Blacklane very often however I must say we don’t consider the EQS a first class vehicle. Since you cannot guarantee an S Class for example we have switched to other companies until EQS is removed from first class

The messages coming in German and later in English are not useful. The car was very good. The driver was good but not the most clear on his explanation of the pickup place...

Until our most recent ride , I would have given a 5 star rating. Ourlast driver who picked us up in Reims, France was having an off day. Granted, she picked us up at 4 am so I know that is quite early. Maybe she was tired. Her driving was erratic and she reached speeds of over 100 miles an hour! I do not want to jeopardize her job but maybe she needs to retake a safety course. She was courteous.
