“Unfortunately I still have no idea of whether my plant gift even made it to my recently bereaved friend! The peace plant itself looked lovely online....I’m not sure tho if the pot was included as it didn’t state that clearly...I’m pretty upset with the delivery people tho as I’ve tried following it all up ..but their tracking website etc doesn’t allow for two addresses ...mine and the person I’m sending it to😩 so I can’t Even fill it in”
Hi Julie, as discussed privately, we can't really control if the recipient is home or not when the shipping company delivers the package, especially when they aren't aware that they are receiving a package.
We've made multiple attempts to help you out, including an offer to resend the entire order again - free of charge. We don't think that this review reflects Bloomspace at all and the tracking form only requires the tracking number that has been provided to you both via email and SMS.
As we said in our discussions privately, we are happy to help in any way we can but feel that this review casts us in a negative light when we have gone out of our way to help you (and will continue to do so).
