"Was seamless and efficient from start to finish. Polite helpful customer service representative, easy to complete a quote and get a price online, booked an appointment online for collect 2 days after accepting quote. Collection went without hitch. I was concerned that my vehicle might not start and move easily as it had been stood, but I managed to get it start ok, however had I not got it started the Collection driver said it wouldn't have been a problem they would have winched it on. The vehicle had a few scuffs that I hadn't recalled and hence hadn't told them , but again it was acceptable as it was and the collection went ahead and the agreed payment was promptly processed. Arrived at 10:00 am on day quoted, money was in my account within a couple of hours. Simply make sure you are honest when you initially tell them the state of your car and you will have very little trouble. Brilliant service all the way round. Highly recommend."
