“I was pleased at the basic product although it is built upon the old plain bands. The reason for the 4 stars is because I ordered an extra band and that took far too long to receive. Your website suggests to order extra pieces at the same time as the original order. I received my basic kit pretty fast but the extra band took at least two additional weeks I believe to receive. I was charged for the entire order at the same time. The second band took so long I followed up with the company on the status of the remainder of the order. I was told the kit comes from one warehouse and the extra band came from another warehouse. I didn’t understand why then it was impressed upon the customer to order it all at the same time. I was charged for the entire order when the extra band took a lot longer to receive.”
“I have just started my workout program with the body gym I have 85 lbs to lose. I know it's going to take a lot of endurance and effort on my part to get this weight off of me but so far so good. I enjoy using the body gym It's a to ol that is fairly easy to use and I'm hoping that as time goes on the more I use it the more results I will see Thank you for your time!!”
