They took my $2,000 dollars and will not refund me. Their contract states that if services are not satisfied then a refund would be available! These ppl will not refund me and my co author our money and STILL HAVE NOT finished the nessessary obligations of editing. We are seeking legal counsel.

I took them to UK Court and won, but... Warning: Terrible Company - AVOID I paid £15,000 in 2022 - and they did not deliver. £3,500 for a book package they never completed £10,000 for an animation - I have no animation at all to show for this. £1,500 for a 100x printed book they never delivered in full. I strongly advise against using Book Writing Founders. In July 2022, I paid them £10,000 for an animation and £3,500 for a book. In November 2022, I paid an additional £1,500 for 100 printed copies of the book. Over two years later, they have failed to fully deliver on any of these services. The most concerning issue is that I never received any of the animations I paid for. At one point, they told me they didn't even have an animation department anymore and promised me a refund, this never materialised. Later, they claimed that a staff member had misinformed me and that they did have an animation department, but still, no progress was made. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, including taking them to the UK Small Claims Court, I have not received the services or refunds owed to me. The court ruled in my favour, ordering the Book Writing Company to pay me my refund, plus interest and court fee's = £12,117.21, but so far they have ignored this judgment as well. The UK Court ruling will now stay as a matter of public record for 6 years unless they pay me by 17th December 2024. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. I will update this review if anything changes. Also, having read the other 1-star reviews - all their stories resonate with me, too. We all have a similar terrible story to tell.

Don't listen to these fake reviews. I've been waiting six months for a refund – they hang up my calls, call me names and told me to sue them because they won't be refunding a penny. Don't go with these people, they're based in India, not the US or UK as their website says and this can be found through the GOV. website. They're scammers. In the process of suing.

“Everything went wrong, this company is a total fraud and sham. They took my money delivered almost nothing and attempted to scam me countless times. I have pages of complaints and significant proof of the fraud they have committed against me. I STRONGLY recommend you not consider this organization. There offices are parking lots, mailboxes and boarded up buildings. They run everything through a single number. You can’t find a thing out about their leadership, you will be over promised and get NOTHING from what you pay. Every time there is a real review, you will see these one paragraph reviews, which I’m convinced they write. They will try to take you for money on every front, give you almost nothing and what they do give you is totally inadequate. Again, I could go on for pages. I am pursuing legal action against them including working with the FBI fraud division. They have a number of shadow, ghost companies, but don’t be surprised. Just look at the websites, it’s the same one with another name. Again, I have absolute proof of their deception, fraud and misdirection. SAVE your money and a ton of pain. There alias companies that I have uncovered are: - The Web Founders - Bookwriting Founders - Ghostwriting Founders - Scribemarketers - Book Writing Experts Most of these websites are totally bogus and share the same information. Again, do your homework, don't be scammed. Even there contracts have photos for signatures, false claims of money back. They will send you to upper level people in the company with false names and don't even exist. I believe the level of fraud is very significant. Please do your homework and don't get taken.

A Disheartening Experience with Book Writing Founders I find myself compelled to share my recent disappointing experience with Book Writing Founders (BWF) in the hope that it serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services. My journey with BWF began with optimism and excitement about bringing my book to life. However, over the past six weeks, my experience has taken a disheartening turn, marked by a complete lack of communication and unfulfilled promises. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to both Oliver and Andreea, my emails have gone unanswered, leaving me without updates on crucial elements of the publishing process. The absence of a designated escalation point has only added to my frustration, forcing me to explore legal avenues to address these issues. The handling of my manuscript has been less than secure, as I felt compelled to send sensitive publishing forms via email, hoping BWF has the necessary GDPR processes in place. This breach of data security is concerning and indicative of a lack of professionalism. My attempts to obtain critical information, such as the final proof draft, updated cover mock-ups, print material specifications, release dates, and distribution plans, have been met with silence or incomplete responses. It's disconcerting that basic questions about paper weight, cover card stock, and ethical sourcing of ink remain unanswered. In light of this experience, I'm left with no choice but to contemplate sharing my dissatisfaction across various digital platforms, including social media, to alert potential clients to the challenges they may face when working with BWF. This journey has been far from what I anticipated, and I hope that sharing my experience here prevents others from going through a similar ordeal. Open communication and transparency are crucial in any professional relationship, and unfortunately, my experience with BWF has left me questioning their commitment to these principles. If you are considering engaging BWF for your publishing needs, I strongly advise thorough research and careful consideration before proceeding.

Bookwritingfounders took my money and did not deliver. I paid them 5000$ for a marketing plan for which they had promised to sell 2500 copies of my book within 3 months. They created the amazon account but did not give me the username and password. They did not do any marketing qnd when I pressed them for answers They sent a photoshopped image from my alleged dashboard claiming that I had sold 500 copies in under 4 weeks. I however did not believe them so I entered into my amazon account and found that they had sold 0 copies. Eventually they claimed that a rogue employee was behind this and they promised to give my money back. They didn't I filed a bank claim and they begged me to withdraw it by claiming I had done it accidentally so they would refund me. Ie they asked me to lie I refused Now I am suing
