“Thank you BFM - excellent customer service, much appreciated. BraForMe fulfilled an underwear order from Secret Sales, who will not refund on such items. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size due to Secret Sales not exhibiting numeric sizes e.g. 14, 16, 18, 20 etc. I emailed BFM and received a reply almost immediately saying that they would refund on the items if they had not been opened and that I could reorder the correct size from them. I had assured Secret Sales that the seals on both ends of the boxes were intact and untouched - they were unimpressed and unmoved but BFM were happy to have the items returned for inspection. This is in progress, I have reordered the larger items from them and already have confirmation of delivery within a few days. Thank you BFM - excellent customer service, much appreciated. With my best wishes. 😊”

“I sent for a bra, but when it arrived, I HAD ORDERED the wrong size and after sending them a text, they replied very quickly to say for me to return it via the Post Office (return sticker enclosed with my order). I wrote a short note on the invoice of the correct size that I needed and after only a few days, I received a replacement. Quick response for MY mistake. WELL DONE ALL OF YOU.”
