“Items were well priced and good quality however my issues lies with the online ordering process. I ordered my wife bikini tops and selected the appropriate bust size however the system defaulted to another larger size. I emailed immediately within 5 minutes and tried to phone customer services which was a waste of time. I was contacted by email 48 hours late to say wrong size was shipped, my question would be why, when I clearly tried to remedy the clitch they had in their system by contacting them immediately stating contact was urgent. To ensure that it was a system fault I tried to order the same top again 2 days later and the exact same thing happened system defaulting to another size. This has caused a bit of hassle and frustration hence the reason for lower graded review.”
