“First impressions not good, as had to chase for information about delivery. Three bras ordered then arrived squashed into a very small bag which had split open in transit and been resealed by carrier/Post Office. Would hesitate to order again.”

“Bras very good, ordered from BraForMe on a few occasions. Unfortunately choice of courier very poor. Yodel delivered and photographed my parcel being given to someone else. Same house number but different road and post code. Tbf BFM hunted package down but I had to retrieve it myself- opened! Disappointed I wasn’t offered a full refund.”

“Only two stars for: a) It took a long time for your firm to deliver the order after taking payment on the day of ordering. b) the Anita Clara bra is too big for the size I normally order and have returned it. Funny thing is that I sent a message about the return with posting receipt but your firm completed ignored my return !!😡. All has been a nightmare for me.”

“Unfortunately my order took over three weeks for dispatch resulting in a call to your office. In fairness, your customer service support lady was brilliant and ensured asap I would get my order. Sadly I had to return due to sizing I’m now waiting nearly three weeks for my refund. Items sent back within 48hrs!!”
