“Really poor fit - I was measured locally for my bra size but my purchase didn’t match the fitting recommended. I gave the bra to the charity shop and bought again in person with a fitting.”

“Ordered 4 items. After 2weeks no delivery or indication of when delivery might be. Finally chased to be informed that one of the items ordered was no longer available. Very disappointed at level of service and provision of information.”

“My first impression was not good. I had a voucher for 20% discount, which I was unable to use, an explanation was not given. Nine days after submitting my order and my credit card being debited I had to send an email to find out what had happened to my order! This was the reply "Thank you for your patience. We are so sorry to keep you waiting. It seems we have an issue with this listing, I profusely apologise and will raise this to get corrected. On some of our PrimaDonna and Marie Jo items there is a 5-7 day delay. Unfortunately, your order was affected," The order was then shipped via Yodel, instead of Royal Mail! It took 48 hrs before it appeared on Yodel's tracking. The order did arrive 24 hours earlier than the tracking and inside the package was the printed Royal Mail form which had not been used! When it arrived the bra was as I had anticipated but the order and delivery process was less than impressive.”

“Can't get a bra that fits. I am on my third attempt now. The first one I tried was too small, so I returned it and sent for 5 more different styles in the next cup size, but these were all too big. I think the first one must have been labelled with the wrong size, so I have sent for a different style in the original size. Hope this fits. If not I am giving up!”

“Bra itself lovely but the fittings to connect straps to main body of bra flimsy rubbish. One was delivered with a broken one which means the bra is not wearable.”
