“It's an OK bra, not as special or comfortable as I had hoped. It is not very flattering but I will keep it. Disappointed.”

“If you accept that items take a long time to arrive( 3/4 weeks) and communication is sparse it is ok. I was unable to contact by phone and only got a holding reply to my emails. When the items eventually arrived they were good quality and excellent value.”

“The bra fits but after a while the wire digs in under the arm pit area. The material is a little bit scratchy too but I’m hoping if I wash it these issues may rectify”

“The bras are beautiful, but i am a 32F in canada, so I measured and double checked the size, and according to the website it said to order 32E. Unfortunately the bras fit too small. I am still able to wear them but have to readjust several times as they like to leak out of thr cup.”

“Delivery was way longer than expected -over a week, which nowadays feels too long. Also, the packaging and product presentation was poor. Primadonna is a quality brand with a price tag to match. All the bra boxes looked as though they’d been opened several times before and kicked around. Unfortunately this impacted my opinion of the company even though the bras themselves are great. If I was Primadonna I wouldn’t be impressed with how my product was presented to the customer as a first impression.”

“Delivery takes quite a long time but is free which I appreciate. I’ve returned 2 parcels over a week ago with bras that unfortunately didn’t fit but no sign of any refund as of yet.”
